Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing – High-Quality Transfers for Any Fabric
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a modern printing technology that delivers sharp, full-color designs with excellent durability. Your artwork is printed onto a special PET film, coated with adhesive powder, heat-cured, and then pressed onto any garment—cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and more.
This process produces vibrant colors, smooth details, and long-lasting prints without screens or minimum order requirements. Because DTF transfers can be created and stored in advance, it’s perfect for custom apparel brands, small businesses, and fast on-demand production.

Upgrade your apparel with the flexibility and quality of DTF printing.
There is no minimum you can order one transfer or 5,000 transfers .
For DTF transfers, use a heat press with even heat and firm,or a regular household iron or cricket press with consistent pressure, typically around 300–325 °F (150–160 °C) for 10–20 seconds. A platen size of about 16″×20″ is ideal for most garments, and a final quick repress helps lock in the adhesive and create a soft, long-lasting finish.
We have sizes from 2″ X 2″ to 22.5″ X 20 feet Gang sheets .
PNG – Preferred because it supports transparent backgrounds, perfect for clean edges and no unwanted white box around the design.
TIFF – Excellent for high-resolution, lossless quality, often used for detailed or large designs.
PSD (Photoshop) – Useful when keeping editable layers for future edits before exporting to print.
PDF – Sometimes used for vector or multi-page designs if all layers and color profiles are properly set.
Always create artwork in high resolution (at least 300 DPI) and in the CMYK color mode with a white ink channel if required.
